Performance： of the flat irons ont seemt to get hot enough and it does pull the hair. i believe the plates arent a good pick. however the quality of the irons arent what i expected. Style： The style of them are nice Quality： Disappotned on the quality the irons have in general, i will send an updated video and the use of the flat iron. i should only have to go thru the hair with one pass however im having to go all the way to the highest heat to get any effect and still have to pass thru hair more than once. also the iron gives a boxy look and so the use for this iron would only be able to do straight.  Im open for a zoom call to show me if its on my end and not using this properly however ive been doing hair for 20 plus years and see that its not doing what the orginal video showed me as advestised before
